I am happy to confirm that the Royal Naval Museum has done business with Clarity Copiers for the last two years. They currently supply the Museum with one colour copier and I expect them to be a "front runner" when the time is right to replace our black and white machine - currently on lease from a different company. I have always found Ian Dupoy - and Clarity Copiers - to be extremely helpful, offering sound advice when requested and - seemingly important when it comes to leasing copiers - only providing us with machines/kit which we actually require. Maintenance is usually undertaken by the same engineer meaning that a working relationship can also be established with this part of the business. Clarity Copiers normally respond extremely swiftly to requests for servicing and will always work at the problem until resolved. We had one occasion when the matter could not be resolved locally, at which point, with due haste, the manufacturer was called in to rectify the problem. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clarity Copiers to any business.
