Matthew Tustin

PRINCIPAL

Matthew joined Clarity in 1992, as a Sales Consultant at the Cardiff Clarity Copiers office. After six years of service, he took over the Clarity South Wales franchise. Since 1998 he has been the driving force of the franchise's success, developing an impressive client list and creating lasting relationships. His personal and open approach has attracted a variety of clients, both big and small; his ability to deliver first class copiers and service ensures that they stay with us.

Karen Browning

SALES SUPPORT MANAGER

A close colleague of Matthew's since 1992, Karen is an essential cog in the Clarity South Wales machine. As Sales Support Manager, she provides the aftercare for all our customers and ensures that they have everything they need throughout their time with us. Her professionalism displays the 20+ years' experience she has in the role, and her friendly manner makes her a delight to work with.

SERVICE MANAGER

Andrew's ability to respond to calls and fix problems, big or small, highlights his experience in the industry; he understands that time you spend waiting is time wasted.
