At the end of our previous contract in November 2013, and in line with our best practice values, we recently invited various companies into school to provide quotes for a new photocopier lease. We contacted Clarity as part of this process and from the start the service has been excellent. Danny Cresswell from Clarity visited school and was very informative and clear on the services they could provide and the costings were at least half of the then current cost in terms of lease and copy charges. There were no issues surrounding installation and any teething issues have been dealt with immediately and to our satisfaction. We have requested and received staff training - for the first time all our classes are connected directly to the copier so they can print direct as well as use the machine as a stand-alone copier. I am happy with the service and would have no problem to recommend Clarity if anyone was looking to change provider. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by accommodating and friendly staff.

I found Mr Peter Thom to be very professional and was impressed from the first contact of enquiry. They have delivered all that was expected and the copier itself has met our needs as a school. They are easily contactable and respond very quickly which is a must for any school environment.
